What are your shipping rates?
Our standard shipping rates apply to the UK & Ireland and is £2.99 per order (excluding remote area surcharges). All online orders over £50.00 will be FREE Shipping (excluding remote area surcharges).
Please note: the free shipping offer only applies to orders made online at www.greengroupcollective.co.uk and delivered within the UK & Ireland. Exclusions for oversized items may apply.
How do I know my order has gone through and payment has been confirmed?
When you process your order at checkout, the page will notify you if your payment has been accepted or declined. Once your payment has been received, you will receive and email confirmation. Once the item has left the warehouse you will receive another email with a tracking number.
Is there a delivery cost if I decide to return my item?
If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or have changed your mind about your order you will be responsible for return of the goods in a resalable condition. For more detailed information regarding returns please see our Terms & Conditions.
I’ve ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
In the case of ordering the wrong item you will need to let us know ASAP by emailing email@example.com or calling us on 01484 290350. We try to get our online orders shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible so the sooner you can let us know the better. In the event the items have already been dispatched before you have informed us of the mistake. You can return the goods for a refund providing the goods are in re-saleable condition. However, the carriage charge won’t be refunded.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

When can I expect my order?
Orders are expected to arrive between 2-4 working days. Orders are not guaranteed to arrive within this time and it should be treated as an estimate. If you’re order doesn’t does not arrive, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we ship outside the UK & Ireland! Shipping is via Royal Mail services and is charged dependant on the size and weight of the items ordered and delivery location. Please contact us at email@example.com to confirm shipping costs.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have your order despatched from our warehouse as soon as possible. Stock items are normally dispatched the same day and will be delivered within 1-5 working days.
What happens if an item I purchased sells out and ends up being unavailable?
This is not a likely occurrence, however, sometimes we run out of stock after your shipping cart has been submitted. We try to avoid this frustration as much as possible. If this does happen, you will receive an email from us stating the product is out of stock and whether you would like to exchange it for another or receive a refund.
What if I receive my items damaged?
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01484 290350 with your order number. Please note we may ask you to provide photographic evidence.
My item hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
If your item hasn’t arrived within the quoted delivery time, please email email@example.com or call us on 01484 29350. Please provide order number and tracking number (if given).
For skincare, do you recommend patch testing?
